 Position Overview:
As an Intermediate Computer Vision Developer, you will get to:

●       Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, product teams and other stakeholders to deliver project milestones and outcomes.
●       Collaborate with other members of our team to discuss, scope and develop Python based models, datasets and test benches.
●       Assist with image collection, processing, masks and augmentation.
●       Envision and create highly reliable datasets using modern paradigms and tools.
●       Build and contribute to our AI-based computer vision products; research and production runs
●       Effectively communicate concepts, challenges, and solutions with team members, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
●       Stay informed, research and study the fast-paced industry and be knowledgeable about computer vision models, architecture, training and deployment.
●       Run models without overfitting; stack ensemble pipeline to effectively evaluate options.
●       Participate in feature engineering build-up.
●       Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development. 
●       Travel very occasionally, approximately 5% of the time, to company locations as needed.

Who you are:
 
Some combination of the following skills, abilities, experience, and attributes will help you thrive in this role. You:
●       Have at least 3 years of experience in the above duties.
●       Have completed a degree or program in a related field.
●       Live in the data collection/AI model training universe.
●       Are a keen contributor and incredible team player, placing the collective success and company objective first.
●       Must know ‘overfitting’, ‘early stop’, Roboflow Sam and ‘Intersection over Union’.
●       Have built models from scratch as well as classic YOLO, Unet, Random Forest library deployments.
●       Have a working knowledge of Nvidia Jetson Orin products, and Linux Ubuntu OS would be a bonus.
●       Have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment, on-site and remote.

Remuneration:

Salary range $110,000 to $125,000 commensurate with direct experience and skills, plus performance-based bonuses.

Compensation

$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
